1. Delivery charges as follow:
• Bento / Mini Buffet – $30.00 ($32.70 w/ gst) per trip / per drop off
• Buffet Catering / Social Nibbles – $70.00 ($76.30 w/ gst) per trip
• Seminar Half Day – $80.00 ($87.20 w/ gst)
• Seminar Full Day – $100.00 ($109.00 w/ gst) 3 trips delivery (Am. Lunch. Pm)
• Live Station – $100.00 ($109.00 w/ gst)
• Morning Surcharge – $80.00 (87.20 w/ gst) for events before 8.30 am
• Area Surcharge for Standard Buffet / FD HD Seminar / Live Station – $30.00 ($32.70 w/ gst) for CBD, Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island
• Area Surcharge for Bento / Mini Buffet – $15.00 ($16.35 w/ gst) for CBD, Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island
• CBD area postal codes include 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22 and 23.

2. Surcharge of $150.00 ($163.50 with GST) is applicable for venue without direct lift landing/loading bay (Maximum 2 floors).

3. Full buffet setup with tables and table cloth (for buffet).

4. Full sets of disposable wares (for bento, mini buffet).

5. Actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+/–) from the stipulated delivery time.

6. Food to be consumed within 2 hours upon delivery, the caterer shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated time.

7. There will be a surcharge of $3/pax, should you not meet the minimum quantity as indicated.

8. All Amendments:
• Amendments must be made at least 3 working days prior to the event date.
• For amendments less than 3 working days, an administration fee of $50.00 ($54.00 w/GST) will be charged. 
• Strictly no amendments to be made 1 day before the event date. 

9. Cancellation of Order:
• In the event of any cancellations, please contact our client champion [email protected]
• 50% of the total bill will be charged for cancellation made less than 5 working days to the event date.
• 100% of the total bill will be charged for cancellation made less than 3 working days to the event date.
• An administration fee of $100 ($109.00w/GST) is applicable upon refund of the event booking once prepayment has been made.
• All refunds will be processed within 30-45 days.

10. Full payment shall be made upon confirmation of order.

12. All items are subject to availability, Nosh Kitchen reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality.
